In the Amazon Warehouse Deals system, each product is displayed on the offer listing page. A filtering system is available on the offer listing page, allowing selections to be made based on product prices and conditions. Within the scope of Amazon Warehouse Deals, products are rated and listed after completing a 20-point quality control process, and once listed and purchased, Amazon’s standard 30-day return policy also applies to Amazon Warehouse Deals products. After Amazon thoroughly checks the functional and physical condition of each product, the listing process is carried out by assigning one of the listing conditions under the five categories outlined below.

Amazon examines each product in detail and lists it under one of the following conditions:

USED – LIKE NEW

(Used – Like New)

Products listed in this category are in good condition but do not meet the criteria of being brand new due to minor packaging issues.

USED – GOOD

(Used – Good)

Products in this category are in working condition but may have noticeable surface damage and missing accessories. Since the original packaging of these products may be damaged, the packaging may have been replaced to ensure product protection.

USED – VERY GOOD

(Used – Very Good)

Products listed in this section of Amazon Warehouse are lightly used and fully functional. These products may have minor scratches or cosmetic blemishes. In addition, their boxes may be damaged and repackaged, and some accessories may be missing.

USED – ACCEPTABLE

(Used – Acceptable)

Products listed in this category are fully functional but have significant cosmetic damage. Dents and fine scratches are common. Accessories, user manuals, and assembly parts may be missing for products in this category.

RENEWED

(Renewed)

Products that have been inspected, tested, and approved by Amazon-authorized suppliers are listed under the renewed category. When examined from a distance of 30 cm, these products show no cosmetic defects or wear. Renewed products are repackaged and include all accessories. However, in some cases, renewed products delivered to buyers may not perform as expected. For such products, a replacement or return option is available within 90 days under the “Amazon Renewed Guarantee.”
